Hello reader, it’s me again. I was wondering if you are interested in my opinion with fitness around New Zealand.
I do fitness everyday with my class I enjoy it even if it doesn’t look like it. It helps with me keeping fit and much much more. We often have to do warm ups the a circuit with our little groups.
I think everyone should have to do fitness everyday, when they don’t do it is when they bring a note from the parents. It would be really nice to see everyone doing fitness.
Reason #1
In my school 2 class’s out of 4 do fitness! It is my class and the Juniors, I think that's just silly. Plus what it you have to leave the school quickly and you can’t run fast enough?
Reason #2
I think we should do fitness everyday to keep fit and not lack exercise. Even just a short little exercise it doesn't have to be massive like some schools think.
So I hope you understand what I'm saying and I hope all readers will do fitness everyday.
