Once again today we had Chloe come in, I had learned that kids should only have 5 teaspoons of added sugar a day, she taught us how to read labels and that most adults don't know how to read labels. She also taught us how much sugar is in drinks and cereals, Here is a picture of what cereals are good and bad. 

I was really surprised about Corn Flakes.
Here is the standards: <10g of fat per 100g
If breakfast cereal contains nut and seed guideline is <25g of fat per 100g
<10g of sugar per 100g
If breakfast cereal contains dried fruit guideline is <25g of sugar per 100g
<400mg of Sodium per 100g
>5g of Fibre per 100g
Here is a picture of drinks and how much sugar are in, please do keep in mind that milk is all natural sugar...
